  4. Characteristics: sharp, pungent, camphoraceous, woody, camphorous aroma
  5. Common Uses:

    • Camphor has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antiviral, antispasmodic, bactericidal, insecticide properties, it has used in the treatment of against most infectious disease and is an effective insect repellant.
    • It can have a positive effect on stimulation of heart and boost circulation, colds, flu and respiratory problems: sinusitis, bronchitis, whooping cough
    • It is also helpful for sprains, strains, muscle and joint aches / pains/ swelling
    • Do not recommend to use on skin care but it does have value in fighting inflammatory conditions and reducing redness, making it useful for treating acne, burns and sore chapped hands.
    • It is a balancing oil which can help sedate the nerves and uplift apathy.
